Engage with business and operating teams to provide training, consulting, coaching and mentoring support in learning and applying best practices in Lean Six Sigma.
The person(s) assigned to this position will be responsible for coaching and mentoring executives in the deployment of a lean operating system. In this role, you would be guiding them through the process with focus on behaviour and culture. You’d collaborate with and be accountable to the investors, Board of Directors, or CEO.
