1095 Senior Vice President/ Vice President/ Director – Operations/OpEx

MetaOps is proactively seeking experienced top-level Operations and Operational Excellence Professionals with expertise in implementing lean operating and business systems.  These roles are for interim assignments with our clients across Canada with a focus on the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).  If you have 10 or more years of experience as a Senior Vice President, Vice President or Director of Operations or Operational Excellence, and have interest in 3 to 9-month interim assignments with possible contract-to-hire as an option, we invite you to consider MetaExperts as a partner.  We’re building relationships for years to come.

Summary:

The person(s) assigned to this position will be responsible for coaching and mentoring executives in the deployment of a lean operating system. In this role, you would be guiding them through the process with focus on behavior and culture. You’d collaborate with and be accountable to the investors, Board of Directors, or CEO.

• Most assignments are full time, but flexibility to accommodate your personal situation is possible including 4-day work weeks on-site.
• If you’re not local to an assignment, clients will pay reasonable travel and living expenses for the duration of the assignment.
• These are 3 to 9-month interim assignments with possible contract-to-hire as an option.

Qualifications:

• An applicable 4-year degree or higher level
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Master Black Belt or Lean Master designation.
• Hands-on, lived exposure with a true lean business system such as TPS, DBS, HOS or equivalent.
• 25 years of total work experience in progressively responsible roles is required and at least 10-15 years as a COO, Sr. VP, VP, or Director of a company of $50 million or more in annual revenue.
• Eligible to work in Canada.
