1077 Lean Six Sigma Professionals (Direct Hire)

Opportunity – Three Direct Hire Roles – Electro-Mechanical Capital Goods Mfg.

MetaOps Inc. is conducting a confidential search for Lean Experts and Plant Operations Manager roles for a customer with plant located near Milwaukee, WI. Requires 100% on site work and relocation if not living in commuting distance now.  Two roles are focused on driving end-to-end product line performance improvements with a direct path to a Director of Operations role in 18 to 24 months.  They want two people in these roles in December 2022 with a salary range from $90 to $120k per year.  By early 2023 they also need to hire a Director of Operations for the same site with a strong Lean background and experience managing operations producing mechanical capital goods.

Requirements:

• 10+ years minimum experience in progressively responsible roles in manufacturing.
• 5+ years’ experience implementing Lean Six Sigma best practices.
• Expertise in at least 3 of following fields of expertise:
  • Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering
  • Lean Manufacturing Implementation
  • Process / Value Stream Mapping and developing Standard Operating Procedures
  • Performance Management Systems
  • Electro/Mechanical products sold to industry.
• Ideally has a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar certification
• Applicable Undergraduate or Graduate Degree
• Proven track record with reference-able case studies in related projects.
