1077 Reinsurance Experts with Lean Six Sigma Expertise
MetaOps Inc. has an exceptional opportunity for seasoned Reinsurance professionals who are interested in independent contractor or sub-contracting roles for 1-to-26-week assignments to support projects in various states during the months and years ahead.
Scope of Work:
Engage with business unit and operating teams to provide Reinsurance expertise, training, consulting, coaching and mentoring support in learning and applying best practices in Lean Six Sigma. May include hands-on training using client materials and implementation support with teams, developing best practices, documenting procedures and standard work.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years minimum experience in Reinsurance
- 5+ years’ experience implementing Lean Six Sigma best practices.
- Expertise in at least 3 of following fields of expertise:
- Reinsurance/insurance
- Lean Manufacturing Implementation
- Process / Value Stream Mapping and developing Standard Operating Procedures
- Performance Management Systems
- Ideally has a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar certification
- Applicable Undergraduate or Graduate Degree
- Proven track record with reference-able case studies in related projects.
