1077 Lean Six Sigma Skilled Professionals – Orchard Operations

MetaOps Inc. has an exceptional opportunity from time to time for seasoned professionals who are interested in an independent contractor sub-contracting roles for 1 to 12-week assignments to support projects in the Western Hemisphere and beyond in the months and years ahead.


  • 10+ years minimum experience in progressively responsible roles in food production / products and distribution environments – preferably in farm / orchard / horticulture consumer goods related industries.
  • 5+ years’ experience implementing Lean Six Sigma best practices.
  • Expertise in at least 3 of following fields of expertise:
    • Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering
    • Lean Manufacturing Implementation
    • Process / Value Stream Mapping and developing Standard Operating Procedures
    • Performance Management Systems
  • Ideally has a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar certification
  • Applicable Undergraduate or Graduate Degree
  • Proven track record with reference-able case studies in related projects.


Scope of Work:

Engage with business unit and operating teams to provide training, consulting, coaching and mentoring support in learning and applying best practices in Lean Six Sigma.  May include hands-on training using client materials and implementation support with teams, developing best practices, documenting procedures and standard work.
